a welcoming environment.

At L.W.O, our mission is to provide a safe and exciting platform for outdoor enthusiasts to connect and share outdoor events, adventures, and more for the outdoor community. Our platform serves to build a platform that stimulates authentic dialogue and collaboration. In doing so, any user behavior and content that are repugnant and/or abusive to our Community Standards & Policies enlisted in our Terms & Conditions will result in immediate removal, suspension, and/or termination. We want to ensure everyone feels welcomed and safe, and treated with kindness and respect. The guidelines below explain specific expectations that will be monitored closely by our team members to ensure positive community engagement expected on the L.W.O platform, as well as the behaviour or circumstances that may cause you to lose access to the platform. Listed below are our Policy Standards and specific guidelines that will be used to regulate user activity. Please understand, our platform is limited to these guidelines and will appropriately address any unforeseen events that will deem as Community Standard violations will immediately result in removal, suspension, and/or termination of access. Not adhering to Community guidelines can constitute a material breach or violation of the terms of your agreement with L.W.O and may result in the loss of access to part or all the platform and services.

SAFETY

We want our platform to be safe for everyone regardless of their age, skin color, gender identity, marital or civil partnership status, national origin, appearance, race, religion or belief, political views, sex, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under relevant law. To keep L.W.O platform a safe place, discrimination against the following are not accepted nor permissible.

Child Endangerment.

The well-being and safety of our community users is important to us and we do not encourage any predatory behavior or act, to befriend a child in order to manipulate and exploit, sexualize, engagement in sexual conversation, and or sexual exploitation imagery.

Threats of Violence

As a member of the L.W.O community, we do not permit you to threaten others with real word harm or to encourage threats in anyway or incite violence against people or property. If we notice such threats, we have the right to inform the law enforcements agencies regarding credible threat of harm such as physical assault or violence, sexual assault, and property damage.

Bullying and Harassment

Bullying and harassment happen in so many outdoor events and its usually comes in different forms, from making threats, stalking, trolling, harassment, or intimidation on the platform. We want every member of our community to feel safe and respected, therefore such kind of behaviour would not be tolerated on L.W.O platform.

Sexual Assault and Misconduct

Sexual assault and misconduct refer to sexual contact or behaviour without explicit consent of the other person. We all value your personal space and privacy. In effort to create a space that promote a safe environment for community members, we do not allow the promotion of sexual content or activity of any kind. It’s okay to chat electronically with other members of the community but don’t comment on someone’s appearance or ask if they’re single. The following are examples of inappropriate behaviour or conduct that we do not allow but is not exhaustive.

  • Do not ask personal questions (for example, about relationship status or sexual orientation)
  • Do not comment on appearance (for example, derogatory or “complimentary” comments)
  • Do not make explicit comments or gestures (for example, slurs, or graphic or suggestive messages)
  • Do not flirt (for example, nonverbal, suggestive flirting, or being too physically close)
  • Do not display indecent material (for example, sexually suggestive objects or pictures)

Terrorism and Violent Content

L.W.O prohibits content or behavior that support, glorifies, or promotes any terrorist organization and their actions including but not limited to:

  • Representations or support of terrorist attacks
  • Representations or support of terrorist leader’s organization.
  • Representations of Slogans, Images, Flags, or Icons of terrorist organizations
  • Recruiting membership for terrorist organization or encouraging community members to leave L.W.O to join terrorist organization or find such information.
  • Fundraising for terrorist groups or organization or encouraging members of L.W.O to donate funds to terrorist groups.

Illegal Activities.

In an effort to prevent and disrupt real-world harm, we do not allow individuals that proclaim a violent mission such as discussing, depicting, or promoting illegal activities or are engaged in violence to have a presence on our platform. You also may not encourage other members to violate their local laws, or do so yourself. The following are illegal activities we do not encourage as a member of this community:

  • The use of illegal drugs, including marijuana, Alcohol, tobacco (e-cigarettes, e-liquid, vapes, and other products).
  • The misuse of prescription drugs, including pills, syringes, and pipes.
  • The use of bomb-and weapon-making in the real world.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

This section describes how members of L.W.O should treat others’ information. For information about how Look Who’s Outdoors handles your personal information, please visit the Community Standards. Privacy and the protection of personal information are fundamentally important values to us at L.W.O. We put in effort to safeguard your personal identity and information. To maintain a safe platform for everyone, Look Who’s Outdoors does not permit the following:

Unauthorized Access.

We prohibit the use of unauthorized access to L.W. O’s platforms. This includes attempting to hack another user’s account, launching any sort of cyberattack, posting misleading links to gain unauthorized access, and launching malicious software (i.e., malware) to disrupt the functionality of our service or platform.

Sharing Personal Information.

We do not encourage users to share their personal information on the L.W.O platform, such information includes but not limited to, Full Legal name, passwords, physical address, telephone number, or pictures.

INTEGRITY AND AUTHENTICITY

Integrity and Authenticity is the cornerstone of our community. We believe that authenticity helps create a community where people are accountable to each other, and to L.W.O, in meaningful ways. In order to maintain a safe environment and empower free expression, we will from time to time suspend accounts that are harmful to the community, including those that compromise the security of other accounts and our platform.

Our mission is to provide a trusted platform where outdoor enthusiasts can connect, discover, and share meaningful experiences—from hosting events to exploring adventures. To achieve this, we uphold a set of standards designed to promote inclusivity, integrity, and accountability.

By using L.W.O, you agree to follow these Community Standards & Privacy Standards. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. These guidelines ensure that every interaction on our platform reflects kindness, respect, and safety.

1. Safety

We are committed to ensuring that every member feels safe, regardless of age, race, gender identity, marital status, religion, national origin, appearance, political views, or sexual orientation.

Child Protection

  • Any form of child exploitation, grooming, or endangerment is strictly prohibited.
  • Inappropriate conversations, sexualized imagery, or attempts to manipulate minors will result in immediate removal and reporting to relevant authorities.

Threats of Violence

  • Threatening language, encouragement of harm, or incitement of violence against people or property is not tolerated.
  • Credible threats, such as assault, sexual violence, or property damage, may be referred to law enforcement.

Bullying & Harassment

  • We prohibit stalking, trolling, intimidation, derogatory language, or any action intended to demean or embarrass others.
  • Outdoor events and community spaces should remain safe and respectful for all.

Sexual Misconduct

Consent is non-negotiable. We do not permit unwanted sexual attention or commentary, whether online or in person. Examples of prohibited behavior include:

  • Asking intrusive personal questions (e.g., about relationships or sexual orientation).
  • Making comments on appearance, derogatory or otherwise.
  • Sending explicit messages, gestures, or sexually suggestive imagery.
  • Flirting or physical contact without clear consent.

Terrorism & Violent Extremism

We strictly prohibit any activity that supports or promotes terrorism, including but not limited to:

  • Content glorifying terrorist organizations or leaders.
  • Recruitment efforts or attempts to move users off-platform for extremist purposes.
  • Fundraising or soliciting donations on behalf of terrorist groups.

Illegal Activities

Members must not promote, encourage, or engage in illegal activities, including:

  • Use or sale of illegal drugs, misused prescription medications, or paraphernalia.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, or vaping promotion to minors.
  • Weapon manufacturing, bomb-making, or depiction of violent criminal behavior.

2. Security & Privacy

Respecting privacy and safeguarding data is central to our values.

Unauthorized Access

  • Attempting to hack accounts, distribute malware, or gain access through deceptive links is prohibited.
  • Any activity aimed at disrupting the platform’s integrity will result in suspension or termination.

Protecting Personal Information

  • Members should never share sensitive details (e.g., full legal name, passwords, physical address, phone number, financial details, or explicit personal images).
  • Sharing another user’s personal information without their consent is strictly forbidden.

3. Integrity & Authenticity

Authenticity is the cornerstone of trust at L.W.O. Every member is expected to engage honestly and respectfully.

  • False identities, impersonation, or misleading information are not permitted.
  • Accounts that compromise the safety or trust of the community may be suspended without notice.
  • Members are encouraged to share real experiences and accurate information, ensuring that outdoor events and exchanges remain safe and meaningful.

Enforcement

Violations of these standards may result in:

  • Content removal (posts, events, or messages).
  • Temporary suspension of accounts.
  • Permanent termination for repeated or severe violations.
  • Referral to law enforcement, where applicable.

Our moderation team actively monitors for violations but also relies on the community to report harmful behavior. Together, we can ensure L.W.O remains a vibrant and trusted space for everyone.

In short: Treat others with respect. Protect privacy. Stay authentic. Keep our community safe.
