Reporting & Compliance

If you see a violation of community guidelines, harmful behavior, or inappropriate content on Look Who’s Outdoors, please report it using the app’s “Report” feature or email our support team. We’re here to keep the community safe and supportive.

Copyright & Trademark Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property (IP) is being used without authorization:

Send an email to support@lookwhosoutdoors.com with:

  • Your full name and contact details.

  • Proof of ownership (registration certificate, watermark, legal document, etc.).

  • The specific content in question (screenshots or direct links).

  1. Our legal team will investigate, remove infringing content, and notify you of the resolution.

Why it matters: We protect creators by ensuring fair use and preventing exploitation.

Event Reporting

If you encounter an event that is:

  • Misleading (false information, wrong details).

  • Unsafe (violating local safety guidelines).

  • Inappropriate (spammy, offensive, illegal activities).

 Use the event page Report button or email us with details.

Outcome: Our compliance team will review and, if necessary, suspend or remove the event listing.

Unauthorized Ticket Sales

If you see an event selling tickets without official approval:

Next Steps: We immediately investigate to protect attendees, refund affected buyers, and take disciplinary action against violators.

Account Access & Security

If you’re having trouble logging in, make sure you’re using the correct email address and password. If needed, you can reset your password from the login screen.

Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for:

  • Repeated community violations.

  • Fraudulent transactions or scams.

  • Creating unsafe or hostile environments.

You’ll receive an email notice with reasons for suspension and next steps.

  • You have 2 days to appeal before permanent deletion.

  • Sellers may resolve disputes via the reporting system.

Changing Email Address

Currently, email change requests are not supported. If you lose access to your email, contact support for identity verification.

Password Reset

  • Select “Forgot Password” on the login page.

  • Follow the instructions to set a new password.

  • Use a strong password with a mix of numbers, symbols, and letters.

Browse and Find Events

Discover exciting outdoor experiences by browsing the events section in the Look Who’s Outdoors app. Use filters to narrow down events by location, category, or date to find the perfect adventure for you.

Using the App

  • Download from Google Play or App Store.

  • Create a free account in minutes.

  • Browse, save, and book events with just a few taps.

  • Receive real-time updates about events you’re attending.

Saved & Liked Events

  • Access your saved events in My Events > Interested.

  • Receive notifications if a saved event updates ticket prices or sells out.

See Events You’ve Liked:

You can view your saved or “liked” events in the MY EVENTS Interested section. This helps you quickly access events you’re interested in and register when you’re ready.

Payments & Checkout

Look Who’s Outdoors accepts most major credit and debit cards. Simply enter your payment details at checkout to secure your spot at your chosen event.

Managing Saved Cards

  • Add or delete cards from My Account > Payment Methods.

  • Benefit from faster checkout for future purchases.

Checkout Experience

  • Enter payment details at checkout.

  • Receive instant confirmation via email.

  • Access your tickets in My Tickets section.

Promotional Codes

  • Enter your promo code during checkout.

  • View discounted total before confirming purchase.

  • Codes may apply to specific events or merchandise.

Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If registration fails:

  • Verify card details are correct.

  • Check for sufficient balance.

  • Ensure your internet is stable.

  • Contact support@lookwhosoutdoors.com for unresolved cases.

Receipts & Charges

Look Who’s Outdoors makes it easy to keep track of your payments and event charges.

Receipts

  • Automatic email receipt after purchase.

  • Available anytime in My Account > View Tickets.

Duplicate or Pending Charges

  • Temporary holds by your bank may appear as duplicates.

  • Usually cleared in 2–5 business days.

  • Contact us if charges remain unresolved.

Identifying Charges

All charges will appear as “Look Who’s Outdoors”. If you don’t recognize a charge, check your account history before contacting support.

Account Management

Look Who’s Outdoors makes it easy to keep track of your payments and event charges.

Closing Your Account

You may close your account directly from the app. Contact support for:

  • Confirmation of closure.

  • Data deletion requests in compliance with privacy laws.

Language & Region Settings

Currently, these cannot be customized. Updates may include multi-language support in the future.

Account Merging & Transfers

We do not allow account merging or ownership transfers at this time to protect data integrity.

Transfer Look Who’s Outdoors account ownership?:

No, transferring account ownership is not possible.

Account Suspension

Yes, user, seller, and event accounts may be suspended if violations are made against our community standards. You have up to 2 days to address the issue before permanent deletion. Seller accounts may respond through the reporting system to address the issue. Please refer to LWO Community Standards and Guideline.

For Event Organizers & Sellers

Ticket & Coupon Management

  • Organizers: Update ticket pricing, availability, and event details anytime.

  • Sellers: Create and edit discount coupons to attract more buyers.

Payouts

  • Hosts: Receive instant payouts after ticket sales.

  • Sellers: Payments released after a 7-day verification period.

Managing Orders

  • Timely fulfillment ensures strong ratings.

  • Delays may lead to penalties.

  • After 3 penalties, accounts may be suspended for review.

Marketing Events & Products

Boost visibility using in-app promotions such as:

  • Featured listings.

  • Sponsored ads.

  • Highlighted store placement.

Benefit: Reach more outdoor enthusiasts and increase sales.

Payout Issues

  • Partial payouts may occur if customers report unresolved issues.

  • Delayed payouts can happen due to bank processing or dispute reviews.
