Look Who's Outdoors Advertising Policy

This policy provides support with what type of content Ads that are acceptable. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. In addition, all Ads will undergo a review process from our team to ensure it comply with our Advertising Policy. The rules and guidelines in this policy are not exhaustive and L.W.O reserves the right to amend, update, and change the contents of the policy at will and without notice.

Community Standards

Ads on Look Who’s Outdoors are reviewed by our internal teams to ensure its in compliance with the entirety of our policy. The policy remains enforced from the effective date June 10, 2022 unless noted otherwise. Violation and abuse of L.W.O advertising platform may result in the restriction/removal and/or suspension of your accounts.

Discriminatory Practices

L.W.O seeks to ignite opportunity by striving to provide a safe, reliable, and high-quality service options to everyone. We therefore prohibit Ads that discriminate against user based on race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age, or any other characteristics protected under applicable law.

Inflammatory Content

L.W.O prohibits advertisements that are deceptive, untrue, or misleading to the physical safety, health, or survival of others as outlined in our Discriminatory Policy. Advertisers must ensure the content of their ad is verifiable and truthful and does not promote violent or dehumanizing speech, statement of inferiority, or contempt or disgust based on protected characteristics or Immigration status.

Examples of deceptive, untrue, or misleading advertising:

Irresponsible use of the word “free”
Not disclosing the terms and conditions for collecting personal information and data
Making exaggerated claims without proof or evidence by a reasonable basis
Using overly provocative or sensational content
Misleading or deceptive use of data
Promotion of malicious software
Unverifiable claims or statements
False information passed off as fact or truth
Withholding information on pricing, terms, or expenses

Political Content

We define political content as content that references a candidate, political party, elected or appointed government official, election, referendum, ballot measure, legislation, regulation, directive, or judicial outcome.

We prohibit the promotion of political content. We have made this decision based on our belief that political message reach should be earned, not bought.

Ads that contain references to political content, including appeals for votes, solicitations of financial support, and advocacy for or against any of the above-listed types of political content, are prohibited under this policy.

We also do not allow ads of any type by candidates, political parties, or elected or appointed government officials.

Illegal Products or Services

We prohibit Ads that constitute, facilitate, or promote illegal products, services or activities. Such Ads targeted to minors must not promote products, services, or content that are inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe, or that exploit, mislead, or exert undue pressure on the age groups targeted.

Unsafe Substances:

We prohibit Ads that promote the sale or use of illicit or recreational drugs, or other unsafe substances, products or supplements.

Explicit Adult Content

We prohibit the promotion of adult sexual content. Ads promoting sexual and reproductive health products or services, such as, Pornography, Escort services and prostitution, Full and partial nudity, Penis enlargement products & services and breast enhancement services,

Modeled clothing that is sexual in nature, dating sites which focus on facilitating sexual encounters or infidelity, dating sites in which money, goods or services are exchanged in return for a date, and Sex toys.

Weapons & Ammunition

We ensure that products or services advertise on our platform should not pose risk of violence or bodily harm

Ads must not promote the sale or use of weapons, ammunition, or explosives. This includes Explosive materials, fireworks, or explosives of any kind, Weapons and guns including accessories, ammunition, and safety parts, Knives, bow and arrows, crossbows, brass knuckles, swords, spears, and Gun ranges, gun shops, and gun shows.

Tobacco Related Products

Products and services advertised on our platform, regardless of their legality, should not have the potential to sicken, injure, or be addictive in a way that can adversely impact our community members. We prohibit ads promoting the use, sale, manufacturing, and branding of tobacco, tobacco alternatives, and other tobacco-related products and services. Examples of Prohibited Tobacco and Related Products and Services

Tobacco products e.g. cigarettes, cigars, snus, chewing tobacco, flavored tobacco
Alternative tobacco products and tobacco substitutes e.g. electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookahs
All related and associated products e.g. rolling papers, vape dispensers
Tobacco manufacturers
Events and research sponsored by tobacco manufacturers
Smoking cessation programs and products

This Advertising Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards and requirements for advertisements (“Ads”) placed on the Look Who’s Outdoors platform (“LWO” or the “Platform”). All advertisers are responsible for the content of their Ads, and every Ad is subject to review and approval by LWO prior to publication.

By submitting Ads to our Platform, advertisers agree to comply with this Policy, our Community Standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. LWO reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

1. General Standards

Ads must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
All Ads undergo a review process by our internal compliance team to ensure adherence to this Policy.
Violation of this Policy may result in rejection, removal, suspension, or permanent banning of your advertising account.
LWO reserves sole discretion in determining whether content complies with this Policy.

2. Community Standards Compliance

Ads must align with our Community Standards. Content that undermines safety, inclusivity, or respect for others will not be tolerated.
Advertisers are prohibited from creating or promoting Ads that harass, exploit individuals, promote unsafe or fraudulent activities, or undermine community trust.

3. Prohibited Advertising Practices

Discriminatory Practices: Ads may not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other legally protected categories.
Inflammatory or Deceptive Content: Ads must not contain deceptive or unverified claims. Examples include misuse of the term ‘free’, exaggerated claims without proof, failure to disclose terms, misleading data use, promotion of malicious software, or withholding pricing information.
Political Content: Ads referencing political parties, candidates, officials, elections, legislation, or judicial outcomes are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Products or Services: Ads may not promote, facilitate, or depict illegal products or activities, including counterfeit goods or fraudulent services.
Unsafe Substances: Ads must not promote illicit drugs, unsafe supplements, or recreational substances known to endanger health.
Explicit Adult Content: Ads promoting pornography, escort services, sexual enhancement products, nudity, sex toys, or infidelity-focused dating platforms are prohibited.
Weapons & Ammunition: Ads must not promote firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, knives, swords, bows, or related products/services.
Tobacco & Related Products: Ads must not promote tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, rolling papers, or any event sponsored by tobacco companies.

4. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate removal of the non-compliant Ad.
Repeat or severe violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of advertising privileges.
LWO may refer matters to legal or regulatory authorities when appropriate.

5. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated at any time to reflect changes in laws, community standards, or business practices.
Advertisers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the most recent version of this Policy.
